To assist organization and individuals create their future.

I use people centered appreciative inquiry processes and methods so people can manage critical material and intellectual assets with better results. I help them to recognize and realize the desired future state. This is accomplished applying a forward looking approach dubbed “What’s Next” which has many facets from which portfolio the most appropriate are selected for the client’s circumstances.

My processes embody the spirit of gaining insight, mobilizing innovation and planning implementation. I participate actively in planning and aiding implementation. I become a partner in the iterative – plan – act, review, act – re-plan – management discipline.

The practice concentrates the attention on three critical elements:

Insight into all aspects of what is taking place

Engagements start with the Insight element. The methodology probes these circumstances and people apply their expertise and knowledge to evaluate the prevailing conditions and which are likely to exist in the future.

Methodologies are used to access data and information which is converted in to actionable knowledge. This involves processes to interrogate conditions; environmental, organizational; and personal values determining behaviour.

Innovation in all activities 

High levels of energy must be applied to innovation in every activity testing the status quo and relentlessly seeking alternatives. Insight into Innovation highlights the opportunities as well as scope for innovation.

Implementation of the strategic activities to be pursued

Implementation is realizing the focus and is aligned by the strategy. Plans and actions are justified in the context of realizing the Strategic Scorecard.

I participate in the implementation as support for the strategy. This is accomplished by crafting action plans to convert the Strategic Scorecard into reality.

These processes are all iterative and tested against the reality of the landscape at intervals determined by circumstances.
