This name, Business Development Processes, clarifies and encapsulates the nature of every engagement with a client, whether an organisation or an individual.
There are several engagements in the portfolio. All aligned but discrete and with the express intention of building strength and sustainability based upon the universal need of organisations to increase revenue, manage margin as well as mitigate risk.
These engagements have been refined and extended over many years. As a business development guide and mentor; process and action session facilitator and implementation enforcer we have helped clients developed their future prosperity. Assertive questioning; challenging assumptions, generating critical thinking and robust, no non sense action session leadership are my standards.
All engagements explore the institutional memory and capabilities through necessarily active participation from senior executives, middle management as well as knowledge experts in specific disciplines.
