As a Strategy Coach the result of associations or assignments must always be achieving growth and sustainable improvement in performance for my partners – my clients. My practice provides Strategic Coaching to organizations and individuals as managers in those organizations by building close relationships and partnering individuals and organizations in developing their futures. My focus is always on the role of people in the organization, accepting responsibility for contributing to their future prosperity and aiding them to meet expectations.

Clive Stacey

As a professional executive I have spent my career executing functional accountability in production, distribution, sales and marketing, as well as managing profit responsibility in different industries. I have gained broad and specific business skills, knowledge and understanding including nine years as general manager consistently exceeding shareholder profit expectations and developing greater dominance in the market. During this time we achieved frequent recognition of excellence as a supplier from major national customers and the industry as the result of developed and coordinated teamwork within areas of sales, marketing, distribution, service and maintenance.

I believe I can continue to do what I promise because of the expertise generated by these experiences.

I have consulted in aspects of Strategy Coaching in over one hundred companies in seventy industries in South Africa, Zimbabwe, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.

I live in Johannesburg, South Africa, with Jennifer, my wife, a former academic at the University of Witwatersrand, and our children live in South Africa and the USA.
